An eyelift at lunchtime zapped away my frown
When I was offered the chance to try a new anti-ageing treatment called Tri Eye, a combination of three non-surgical procedures specifically aimed at the eye area, it seemed foolish to pass up the opportunity.
Tri Eye was created by Dr Maryam Zamani, an ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon based at her clinic in London’s Sloane Street.
The treatment includes Botox, fillers and Ultherapy, a skin tightening ultrasound treatment, and takes place over two 15-minute sessions, 10 days apart with little or no recovery time needed.
It is aimed at those in their mid-30s and older who want a more to resort to surgery.
The first part of the treatment involves Ultherapy, which aims to lift the brow and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Dr Zamani recommended I take two paracetamol to help me cope with the discomfort but I was shocked to be offered half a Valium as well.
