reduction of chin fat

Belkyra explained

With all the excesses of the holiday festivities, it is no surprise that so many of us start the New Year with a resolution to shed a few pounds.  Banish guilt, think of balance instead of deprivation and plan for success; this means a healthy diet and a consistent exercise routine… but if you need a little help, particularly in areas you cannot exercise (like the area beneath the chin) there is Belkyra.

Belkyra is a series of deoxycholic acid injections that break down the walls of fat cells so that the body can naturally rid itself of the fat over 8-12 weeks.  Belkyra is an FDA approved treatment to treat submental fat.  The area can be numbed beforehand to make treatment more comfortable; Belkyra injections may cause soreness for a few days after.  There may also be swelling and bruising that usually resolves within a week.  Belkyra treatments are quick and results are permanent.  Multiple treatments may be needed for optimal result at 6-8 week intervals.  While Belkyra was developed for the double chin, it can also be effective for small pockets of fat on the body like the banana roles, bra bulges, armpits, inner knees, and lower part of the abdomen.  Belkyra can be combined with other non-invasive fat reduction treatments like EmSculpt Neo.

Belkyra is an effective and safe non-invasive procedure to help remove the stubborn fat.  Just remember weight maintenance is essential for long lasting results.

Happy New Year and may the new year bring you good health and happy days.
